Migrated to Netlify
I had done a fair bit of research and haven’t quite given up on the idea of fully self-hostin my own Jekyll website with GitHub hooks, but for now I’ll park this idea.
Starting today, I’ll be using Netlify - didn’t know anything about them even though they’re recommended by Jekyll website…
Seems Netlify are super useful for continuous integration based deployments, they even have a free plan for small personal projects like this one!
It took only a few minutes to setup a new account and been very easy to connect it to GitHub. Today I updated domain details on CloudFlare and completed the move.
Pretty cool service. Thanks, Netlify!
